The place was truly amazing - it was spacious, beautiful, and had breathtaking views! The friendly neighbors, host, and building front desk staff made the experience even better. With its convenient location close to convenience stores, restaurants, and Malecon, this place had everything we needed. I cannot wait to return!

Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.

To sum up, this was an awesome spacious & luxury condo in a fantastic location and had a great vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the building couldn't be better - just a short stroll away from the beach and with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The condo itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What made my experience truly exceptional was the exceptional hospitality of the owner Salvador himself as he only hosts and manages this property -what a treat? He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay, from recommending restaurants to sharing local tips. I highly recommend him and the Zenith building as a luxurious vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. The stunning rooftop, unbeatable location, and exceptional hospitality make it a true hidden gem that I can't wait to visit again.

The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything, and the cleanliness of the place was truly impressive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop pool which offered an amazing view of the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the Malecon and the beach. The only downside was that we couldn't extend our stay as the rental was fully booked. I must commend the host for his exceptional hospitality. He was always available and responsive whenever we needed anything, making us feel welcomed and ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Extremely happy, We had an incredible experience staying in this unit. The apartment was immaculately clean, and everything from the appliances to the furnishings were in excellent condition. The location of the building was perfect, with stunning views of the city from the terrace and pool area.
